How Does It Work?

Our unlock process is as simple as ever! All of our unlock services are carried out remotely online so we don't even need your phone! All we require is something called an IMEI number which is a unique number linked to your device that allows us to unlock your device no matter where you are. The majority of our unlocks take between 1-3 working days. We have outlined below how it works and some helpful "How To" videos. How Do I Find My IMEI Number?

It's easy! You can usually find the 15 digit IMEI number on the back on your device, in the settings or by dialing *#06# in the phone app.

iPhone: Settings - General - About - IMEI Number

iPhone/iPad

If you choose to unlock your iPhone with us, it is very simple. Once you have placed an order with us, and the order is completed, you will recieve an email confirming your device is unlocked. There is nothing more to be done other than inserting your new SIM card. Yes, it's that easy!

Other Brands

If you choose to unlock your device with us, it is very simple. Once you have placed an order with us, and the order is completed, you will recieve an email with an unlock code. Insert your new SIM card, then the device will ask for an "Unlock Code". Enter the code provided and the screen should show "Unlock Successful".

Unlock Unsuccessful?

On rare occasions, after entering the unlock code (on Android devices such as Samsung), it may say "Network unlock request unsuccessful". In this situation, restart your phone and enter the "Unfreeze code" first which should be in your unlock confirmation email. After this, re-enter the unlock code and it should now unlock successfully. If you continue to have issues, don't hesitate to contact us. Thank you.
